“I had an aunt in Miami that pass away and left property to me but her friend was living in the house along with a tenant. The tenant was not cooperating and neither was the friend. The house was in disrepair and taxes pass due. I got an offer from Cornerstone to buy the house in a deal where they would buy it with the 2 tenants and pay the taxes and perform any repair to the house that is needed. They did what they say they would. They are very professional and friendly and the closing only took about 3 weeks from the time of the offer. And they paid for all the fees to sell.
